Hi, The same goes for dry food… it’s dry bits of waste dressed up as food and sold on the back of consumerist convenience. Dogs should eat what comes naturally to them, what is naturally, biologically and synergisticly compatible to their bodies, what they have eaten for millions of years, not the equivelent of burgar king 24/7 these past 50 years. I know I’m ignoring some of your post but I love your running goals and I’m glad to see that you have completed a lot of them. I have a bunch of running goals myself, but I never thought to write them down like a bucket list. I definitely want to run a marathon and do a bunch of triathlons.Great Post!

The numbers used for country GDP were the ones from IMF for 2010, which was the most recent year available to get comparable data.    The Debt Clock numbers are updated and based on current Treasury figures.   I wanted to explain why anyone would buy bonds with negative interest rates and the failure of media to report the reasons and implications for bond funds, banks and governments..  What is happening is the banks/government are cornering the bond market now, but will be unable to reap any rewards later, only losses.  .
